Micro-événement n° 12 /Le droit au logement
Rewind, Glassbox, Paris, 2001
Il y a presque un mois, j’ai décidé de déménager sans savoir où j’allais habiter; j’ai mis toutes mes affaires dans des cartons afin de partir quelque part/nulle part !?
J’ai en effet trouvé une solution…J’ai créé une sculpture temporaire dans une galerie, plus précisément, en mettant mes affaires dans une réserve de la galerie, j’interviens directement dans une exposition.
Le but est de faire référence à la réalité quotidienne, en mettant le doigt sur le problème du logement dans une métropole comme Paris et de trouver par là une solution temporaire.

A little less than a month ago, I decided to move without knowing where I was going to live; I packed all my things in boxes in order to go somewhere/nowhere!?
I ended up finding the solution:
I created a temporary sculpture in a gallery; or more precisely, putting my things in the gallery storage area, I become part of the exhibit.
The goal is to make reference to everyday reality, by underlining the problem of housing in a metropolis like Paris – and to find a temporary housing solution in the process.
