Micro-événement n° 11 /Tsuneko Troc

Je voulais installer mon stand, baptisé Tsuneko Troc, près des vendeurs africains et pakistanais à la sauvette, au pied de la Tour Eiffel et au Trocadéro. Mais, sans autorisation, j’ai dû m’installer devant le Palais de Tokyo. Cette installation précaire invite les divers publics à un échange. Le mot troc est écrit dans plusieurs langues sur le stand. J’impose dans mon Tsuneko Troc une condition inhabituelle. Sans attribuer de valeur d’échange aux objets et aux actions, je propose la règle suivante: « Prends ce qu’il te plaît et laisse ce que tu veux ». Il n’y a donc pas de négociation.

I wanted to set up my stand, the Tsuneko Troc, next to the Africans and Pakistanis illegally hawking their wares around the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. However, without authorisation, I had to set up in front of the Palais de Tokyo. This precarious installation invited various publics to carry out exchanges. The word troc was written in several languages and displayed on the stand. I imposed an unusual condition for my Tsuneko Troc. Without attributing any exchange value to any of the objects or actions, I proposed the following rule: « Take what you like and leave what you wish ». Therefore, no negotiation took place.
